N-Tek characters

Max Steel/Josh McGrath - The adreanline-junkie nineteen year old college student upon which this TV show is based.

Rachel Leeds - Max's N-Tek partner in season one, and later in the same season, a love interest.

Dr. Roberto Martinez - The teenage genius who developed the naonprobes, and also was the one to save Josh when he was 'infected' with the same probes.

Jefferson Smith - The CEO of N-Tek, and Josh's adopted father. As a CEO, Jefferson spends most of his time behind a desk.

Jean Mairot - The mission coordinator for the first season. In the series finale, he was revealed to be a double agent and got caught up in a blast.

Charles Marshak - The division chief in charge of transport. He and his team build Behemoth, Team Steel’s mobile base.

Jake Nez - Rachel’s old mission partner. He used to work for NASA before getting a job at N-Tek.

Jim McGrath - Josh’s father. He was killed while on a mission when Josh was four.

Sophia Skarzgaard - One of Rachel's aquaintances at N-Tek. She helps Team Steel when trying to find Seraph, and also in the season one finale.

DREAD characters

John Dread - The mastermind behind the terrorist organization DREAD.

Psycho - A biomechanically enhanced cyborg.

Dragonelle - Dread’s most loyal operative. Dragonelle has the ability to take on the appearance of anyone.

Ivan Vostok - Once was a major terrorist during the Cold War, now is little more than a background character. He is to Jim what Psycho is to Max.

Woody Barkowski - Used to be an extreme sports star until he got injured. He blames N-Tek for his injury, although his attempts at revenge can be a little…pathetic?

Vitriol - Another DREAD operative. His arms were engineered to be able to shot bolts of energy from them.

Anabelle Barkowski a.k.a Electrix - Woody's younger sister. An electrical accident enabled her to use electricity, which is extremely potent to Max.

Bio-Con/Dr. David Klimo - Dr. Klimo used to work at N-Tek, developing weapons from poisonous animals. After he was fired, Max and Kat were sent to where he worked, but were unable to prevent him from falling into a poisionous sludge and mutating into Bio-Con.

Misc. characters/cameos

Molly McGrath - Josh’s mother, and who died while on a boating accident off the coast of France while Josh was two.

Josephine - Josh’s self-proclaimed number one fan. As she’s ten, Josh looks at her as like the younger sister he never had.

Laura Chen - Josh’s girlfriend, or ex-girlfriend, depending on where in the series you watch.

Pete Costas - Josh’s friend, and one who find out that Josh has a double identity in series two.

Margaret O'Sato - The coordinator of the Del Oro Extreme.

Tony Hawk - One of Josh's friends on the skateboarding circuit, and who becomes Josh's partner in the second DOX shown in the show.

Jeremy McGrath - A supercross racer, and the second civilian to find out that Josh has a double identity, and is a secret agent.

Rick Fox - An aquaintance of Kat's, whom they meet on a sports cruise. He helps Kat, Berto and Max/Josh defeat Psycho.

Travis Moyle - An old friend of Josh, and an extreme sports star.

Serge de la Rouge - A racedriver who seems to stop at nothing in order to win, even if it means blowing up a stadium.
