Season 1

A terrorist named L'Etranger has been causing havok in Germany, which results in the kidnap of most of the staff of the UN, and a female N-Tek agent known as Rachel Leeds. The rescue is left up to Max Steel, a ninteen year old, newly-recruited agent with superhuman abilities due to microscopic machines known as nanobots.

Summer's over, and Josh is busy getting ready for his second year of college. Or, rather, he would be if he wasn't being pulled into meetings to discuss why he leapt out of a plane to be made into a bomb's decoy. However, when his adopted father, and CEO of N-Tek goes missing, Josh has to figure out what's more important: following orders or following instinct.

Nightmares have been plaguing Josh's mind ever since the reappearance of Psycho, and the blackouts in Paris don't exactly help matters much. Every time a blackout occurs, Max looses consciousness, but before they can figure this problem out, a terrorist named Psycho makes a reappearance.

It's time once again for the DOX, and everything in the trial events goes well, until a thunderstorm appears out of nowhere, and disappears in a just as confusing manner. The lighting was not a natural phenomenon, and as Josh has effectively 'retired' from the extreme sports scene, Max must become a competitor in order to discover the true source of the lightning.

Josh is attending a wedding in Shanghai, inbetween attempts to try and steal a computer disc which contains a program know as Seraph and is capable of cracking any code within a matter of minutes. As attempting to steal the disc failed, there is only one option left to N-Tek: bidding $500million for it.

Del-Oro is holding a series of air shows, but someone's decided to think that stealing the planes showcased would be a good idea. Using a newly-built mobile command center known as Behemoth as bait, Team Steel attempts to figure out who is stealing the planes, but the plan goes haywire when Berto is captured.

Taking a break from N-Tek, Josh is enjoying a vacation, but soon becomes a target of Dread. With Laura and Pete there, he can do little but stand on the sidelines. Things get a little more intense when Dread comes straight for him, and creates a plot to destroy Del Oro.

A ship sinks off the coast of France. Its cargo? Fifty thousand pounds of bananas...and five canisters of plutonium. Max and Rachel are sent to investigate, but the problem intensifies when L'Etranger is found to have sunk the ship in order to get the plutonium and Max has to face some ghosts from his past.

After an accidental collision with a comm's satellite, Sabre's orbit becomes unstable, and Max and Jake Nez are sent to investigate. All goes well until Psycho and a new terrorist called Vitriol make an appearance, and Sabre is diverted to crash into Del Oro Bay

Odd things have been happening in Egypt, and once again Max and Rachel are sent to investigate. Whispers about the legend of Kufu are heard, people go missing, and the legend is revived.

Spring break is normally a time to relax, right? Not when you're a secret agent. On vacation in Baja for a week, and you're trying to pretend to be a normal college student. Jospeh and Andre Guerad, relatives of Josh's professor go missing, and during the investiagation, Josh and Laura uncover a plot to destroy the algarve of Baja.

Pico de Teide on Tenerife is threatening to erupt, and unusually Max and Rachel are sent to investigate. After seeing photos of ships leaving and arriving on the island, they find a way into the center of the island and encounter someone they thought was dead.

While transporting Vitriol to a maximum security prison, he is rescued by Psycho, but not before Max can pin a homing device on the latter. When they split up, Sophia goes after Vitriol, Rachel investiages the UN building, and Max follows Psycho to Germany, and the mole is revealed...

Season 2

Dread's back, having survived being blown up during the season finale. Naturally, he wants revenge, and the way he does is by kidnapping Josh's best friend...

A trip to Hawaii normally means sun and surf, but not when you're an N-Tek agent. Random tsunamis begin hitting the island, and the one responsible is found to be L'Etranger. The problem? He wants $5 billion...

"The smile of death" is ravaging the Amazon rainforest, and naturally Max and Berto are sent to investigate. Unfortunately, another N-Tek agent was sent there before them, and her and Max don't get along at all.

Electrix, the newest terrorist on the scene, is demanding access to a super-power and, if N-Tek refuse, every single plane west of Mississippi will be flying blind for ever.

Fire & Ice Reasearch scientists have mysteriously gone missing in Alaska, right where a new piple has been built. Turns out that the pipeline was built by Vitriol, with the intent of destroying the Alaskan oil reserves and causing the price to triple. An easy mission, if Pete hadn't stowed away...

Disgruntled employees are always the worst. Unfortunately, this disgruntled employee has managed to lock down his old office, and is holding everyone hostage in an attempt to find a powerful weapon, and use it to destroy the White House...

N-Tek's newest addition are a group of modified Electrix 'bots, which make Max's abilities look ten years out of date. However, these robots have loyalties only to themselves...

Berto's been offered a shot at his dream: to go up in space, and be a part of a space station's crew, and things go wrong from the start. The launch is six hours early, the telescope is a gun, and Sarah Wolfe isn't just an innocent scientist...

Intelligent, designing a bio-weapon, and technically insane. Not the best person you'd want to fire. Even less so when, after an "encounter" with N-Tek agents, his DnA gets modified, and he becomes a walking bio-weapon...

The DOX is back in town, but this year it's being marred by a series of robberies, seemingly unconnected. Only after the microchips have been identified is it found that the athletes in the DOX who have been using them, are risking their very lives to try and win...

Joshalways gets the worst of luck. A college engineering course ends abruptly when the bridge is cut in order to "accidentally" kill off Dr. Mongomery. The assassin? Josh's newest friend...

After a car chase which ends in Max's N-Tek car getting totaled, a remodelled version is entered into the Sahara Run, two days of dune racing, sandstorms...and assassination attempts, this time against supercross racer Jeremy McGrath...

Psycho and Bio-Con, not the two people you'd expect to be able to work together for a common goal. Unfortunately for N-Tek, they are. A trap is set to kill Max and Kat, and Dread, Psycho and Bio-Con infiltrate and take over N-Tek, with the intention of turning it into a terroist group..

Season 3

N-Tek has been destroyed, and Team Steel are out of their jobs. Trying to get an income, they create the extreme sports "Team Steel", but things begin to spiral out of control when an old friend of Josh gets involved in illegal matters...

Or the clash of egos, as it should be called. Team Steel are taking place in a skiing competition in Switzerland, but hours before the race, Josh and Ethan get caught in an avalance and trapped in a cave, with very little chance of rescue...

A simple hockey match turns into a hunt for someone in the crowds, with the threat that the entire stadium will explode if he isn't found within the time limit...

Kat soon learns the negative side of being famous when one of her fans goes over the top with their enthusiasm and kidnaps her, aiming to try and "persuade" Kat that she'd have a better future outside of Team Steel.

Typical. Whereever Team Steel goes, there's always something "new" there as well, and it's always wanted by someone, and this is no exception. The cruise ship Team Steel's on is carrying a prototype Geo-Nav chip, ten times more accurate than Global Positioning, and the perfect navigation chip for nuclear weapons...

Trapped in the Amazon forest, stuck in Max mode and with an invisible person tailing him...it's not a good day for Josh, Kat or Berto, and it's about to get ten times worse...

normally, when someone's following a star around, they want an autograph. When Vitriol's following Matt Hoffman, he wants a microchip implanted in his bandage, and isn't going to stop until he gets it.

Kat's past raises its head in the form of one of her friends, Roxanne Hunter. Unfortunately, before Kat can rectify her relationship with her friend, Psycho manages to "kidnap" three of the US's most dangerous convicts, and all four are now on the loose...

Psycho plans on finishing off Team Steel for good, by dumping them at the bottom of the ocean in a metal and glass container. Team Steel's other problem? Jeremy McGrath now knows about Josh's dual identity as Max Steel...
